SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the dispatch confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within a reasonable time, it （the time)shall be a maximum of sixty (60) days from the date of the dispatch confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event beyond our control we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
Return & Refunds
We operate a 30-day refund policy for purchases made from the AUDIOSENSE website. Please note, these terms reflect the goodwill guarantee offered by AUDIOSENSE. This goodwill guarantee does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty or mis-described products
The 30-day period begins on the date when the goods are delivered to the customer. If goods are returned within the 30-day period, a full refund will be issued as soon as possible, including the standard delivery cost, via the original method of payment. In any case a refund will take no longer than 14 days from when the returned goods are received by us or from when the customer provides proof of posting. Refund confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail .
All charges incurred as a result of returning goods to AUDIOSENSE are the liability of the customer.
If goods are returned in an unsuitable condition or are damaged, excludes manufacturing faults, we reserve the right to refuse any refund. Items such as ear tips cannot be returned once the original packaging has been opened due to hygiene reasons.
